Bleaching can give you chance to find and marry a better man.
However, most drugs are not safe. Learn the natural remedies you can
use on your skin to lighten it safely.
Why your skin has a darker shade?
There
is only one reason for that and it’s called melanin. It’s a color
pigment and the amount of it in the skin determines its color. There are
things that impact the level of it in the skin and either darken or
lighten the color.
10 remedies to bleach your skin naturally and safely:
These
things are natural, that’s why they are not as dangerous as the
chemicals they sell. Surely, the effect may not be radical, but they
work. And you should try to avoid side effects by all means.
1. Tomatoes
These
are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and other components. Applying them
to your skin helps lightening its color. Plus, mashed tomatoes are
great for treating acne and blackheads. If you have an oily skin, do
this:
Mash tomatoes and apply the first layer of them to your
skin. Once it dries up add the second layer and keep on doing it for 20
minutes. Then use warm water to rinse off.
If you have a sensitive and dry skin, add some vegetable oil to the mix.
2. Lemon juice
It’s
highly acidic and helps to bleach the skin naturally. And as the
tomatoes do, lemon juice cures acne. However, there are certain
precautions you should take after using it.
Squeeze the lemon
juice out of the fruit and use a cotton wad to apply it to your skin.
Keep on for 15 minutes and rinse off. After the treatment avoid being
exposed to the direct sunlight for up to two hours. For those with dry
skin add few drops of olive oil to the juice.
3. Milk
Calcium
in it helps to lighten the color of your skin. You can use the milk for
daily skin washes. You can also use it with the turmeric powder to
lighten the skin. The powder would turn your skin yellow at first, but
the color can be easily removed with yogurt.
4. Licorice root
You can use an
extract to apply it to the well-cleaned skin before you go to sleep. Keep it on for the night and remove by rinsing off in the morning.
5. Rice powder
Use
uncooked rice. You can make the powder yourself at home. Use a coffee
grinder for this purpose. It is rich in vitamins C and E, which is good
for your skin. Add some warm water (or milk for dry skin) to the powder
and make a mask for your face. Keep it on for 20 minutes. You can do
such masks up to 3 times a week.
6. Aloe Vera
Use a fresh leaf instead of the readymade product. Just cut the leaf open and extract
the fresh pulp out of it. Mash it and apply to your skin. You can do a
2-week course of the masks and apply them daily at least 2 times.
