That may seem like a bad news to many but the good news is that there are things you can do to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, below are some natural remedies for wrinkles you can use at home.
Olive oil: “Pure and simple olive oil is one of nature’s best remedies for wrinkles in the skin, all you need to do is massage a few drops of extra virgin olive oil into your skin and the oil will be quickly absorbed into your epidermis as olive oil is a rich source of vitamins and fatty acids that will re-hydrate the skin and replace some of the suppleness that can be depleted over time”.
Egg whites: “Egg whites are a rich source of potassium, magnesium, proteins and riboflavin that will moisturise the skin and aid the repairing of the skin tissues. applying an egg white mask will help to repair the damage caused by free radicals, tighten the skin and shrink the pores as well”.
Bananas: “One of the cheapest and most readily available treatments for wrinkles is banana, bananas are simply loaded with skin conditioning ingredients including, potassium, Vitamins B, C and E, which will hydrate and nourish the skin and promote the production of collagen, simply mash one banana into a paste, apply it to the skin and leave it on for about fifteen minutes before washing off”.

Aloe Vera: “Aloe vera is often spoken about as though it is the wonder cure for everything, and that could put some people off using it, but it really does have some amazing skin healing properties, it has amazing anti-inflammatory properties, it can help to heal damaged skin and restore elasticity to it and so reduce the appearance of wrinkles”.
Honey: “Honey can perform wonders on the skin, it hydrates, it exfoliates, it nourishes and it can also help restore some of the elasticity to skin too, just take a teaspoon of organic natural honey and massage it into your skin every night and leave it on for about ten minutes, before you wash it off with warm water, and you should be able to see the difference in just a few weeks”.
Avocados: “The flesh of avocados contains nutrients and oils that can bring back the suppleness to the skin as it is loaded with selenium, potassium, folate and carotene that will aid the regeneration of skin cells and improve its elasticity, just mash up the flesh of an avocado into a smooth paste and apply it to the face; leave it in for ten minutes for a fantastic, skin rejuvenating mask”.

Coconut oil: “Coconut oil contains an emollient, which can instantly soften the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, it is also rich in antioxidants, which will fight the main cause of premature ageing of the skin, which is the damage that is caused by free radicals so to reduce wrinkles, massage small amount of coconut oil into your skin every night before bed”.
